On this episode of the Character Outs podcast I have the privilege of sitting down with the sweetest of souls, Christie Hays. Christie is a therapist, turned women's empowerment life coach who is on a mission to empower every woman who has come from a toxic family system remind her that she is not alone. Christy was the victim of sexual abuse at a very young age. When Christy finally gained the courage to share her story, her narcissistic mother and enabling father, shamed her and implored her that she must stay silent for the sake of the family name. Christie did not stay silent. In fact, she is now sharing her story of survival and hope.
