Steve's "Why" is to eradicate Business Covid™, by helping entrepreneurs reach their Ideal Lives through building great businesses. He built and sold an investment banking firm in Europe before moving to the United States in 2012. Since then, he has helped thousands of businesses grow their teams, revenues, and profits as a business coach, SPBG Guide™, and through his books and podcasts. He is a jazz and tennis fan, and lives with his family near Richmond, Virginia.
