Meet Natasha Swartley: Trail Medic, Long Run Enthusiast, Navy Veteran and all-around cheerful soul. Raised in the Appalachian foothills of Pennsylvania, Tashs could be described as a country girl. The Hillbilly roots running deep, Tasha naturally found her way back to the mountains after her time serving her country.Natasha is here on the pod to talk about her recent experience at the Tahoe 200, along with working many a Destination Trail race as the medical lead. She has run multiple 100 milers, but the quest for 200 remains!She is determined to finish Tahoe 200, so she will be back in 2026 for round two.
