It is bound to be stressful if you rely on willower. That will always eventually let you down. She shows mindset changes and strategies that are practical, do-able and based on research evidence about works. When looking at what to share, she always chooses unique approaches that you almost certainly haven’t heard about. She understands that even though you may know how to eat healthily, putting it into practice can be difficult, because of tiredness, overwhelm, family dynamics and emotional eating. But you can succeed if you apply these techniques that minimise stress and effort and maximize results. In the past Jane has had a seriously bad diet – at one time she was drinking quarter of a bottle of whisky a day and living on toast, orange juice and chocolate. She knows what it is to have a destructive relationship with food. Jane has been a vegetarian for over 40 years, and now vegan since 2015. She is a trustee of the international charity Veganuary.
