Learn more by following my instagram page @plantversed I will offer a $5.00 discount for Chef AJ followers on my sauce book Discount code: CHEFAJ https://www.plantversed.com/ebook I also offer a free consultation to work with me 1:1 https://www.plantversed.com/coaching My instagram: https://www.instagram.com/plantversed/ Fat Free Gravy Recipe: INGREDIENTS 2 cups veggie broth 2 tbsp arrowroot powder 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp maple syrup 2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp mustard powder 2 tsp onion salt 1+ tbsp dried herbs (ex: sage, thyme, oregano, chives, Italian seasoning) 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper DIRECTIONS 1. In a small separate bowl, whisk the arrowroot powder and 1 tbsp of water together until smooth 2. Now add all your ingredients to a small/medium saucepan including the arrowroot mixture 3. Bring the gravy mixture to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer. Continue whisking until the gravy mixture has thickened, about 2-3 minutes. 4. Continue simmering and whisking until desired thickness. 5. The gravy should be smooth and pourable at this point. Note: You can use corn starch, tapioca starch or flour in substitution of the arrowroot powder
