How to Use Credit Cards to Fund Your Vacations

Have you heard of the term "travel hacking"?   If not, you're not alone.   I was introduced to the concept of travel hacking over two years ago by a Travel Rewards Coach who came on the podcast.   I was mesmerized – not only because I love to travel but because there's a way to do it for free, essentially!   While I won't be breaking down travel-hacking in detail, in this episode, I'm sharing how to use credit cards to fund your travel, almost like a beginner's way to travel hack!   Once you have the starting point, you can always work your way up to more travel-hacking strategies!   Here's a glance at this episode: [02:00] Use points from travel cards to book your travel. This is the easiest way to use credit cards to fund your vacations. [05:15] Some companies have sales on points. Use this as an opportunity to stock up on points without spending money on other things.  [09:33] Use a credit card during your travel. Eventually, you'll work your way up to more and more points to use for future travel. [13:00] Looking for your first travel card? Google "the best travel credit cards" and compare your options.
