Stocks were mixed in Monday trading, with the Dow closing slightly higher, while the Nasdaq ticked lower, in part on an earnings warning from chipmaker Nvidia. But solar and EV stocks were outliers – climbing after the Senate advanced the Inflation Reduction Act over the weekend.
