Getting back to some teaching from the “Areté: Activate Your Heroic Potential” book by Brian Johnson and from page 249, there is a section called “Ownish vs. Vicimese”. He makes reference to distinctions between being an “owner” and being a “victim”.  In this episode I share the passage he wrote with all the lessons that go with it.  So many great examples that will help me to speak more Ownish and less Victimese.
