3 Thoughtful Reminders - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Thur. 10-10-24 #1374

Found a great & simple reminder from Mind Essentials (@Mind_Essentials) where three sentences empower us to think and act differently. “Don’t complicate life.  We won’t be here forever.  Your time is too valuable to waste on nonsense.” This one hit hard today as I saw a post from a former student of mine who just lost her husband. Her and her family are devastated & it is the ultimate reminder for us to take these statements to heart.  For me, it’s connected to many things I’ve recently been seeing about not holding back any longer. Way too many things that I want to do, create, help others with, love more in my life, have less hatred / negativity, etc. Just look around you as I bet you have things that are reminding you kind of the same stuff.
