5 Parts of Positivity - Part 4 - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Thur. 6-19-25 #1591

This book is a good one. As I  continue to read Jon Gordon’s latest book, “The 7 Commitments of a Great Team”, the lessons that are available for all of us are powerful and life-changing.  In part 4 of 5 Ways to Stay Positive, this one is titled “Have Faith.” Remember there is the acronym of LIGHT for these 5 steps and this one is the “H”.  When it comes down to it, Faith helps us to connect with the idea that things are going to get better. Of course we need to understand that challenges will come along in life.. Many of them of course… but we also need to understand (and believe) that we will overcome them.  Love this line from the book - “Trust that struggle leads to strength and setbacks lead to comebacks.” This is something that I need to work on for sure.
