A Day In Your Life - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Tue. 8-20-24 #1329

Scrolling, scrolling, scrolling… and finding more good stuff to share with you.  Mindful Maven (@mindfulmaven_) comes through again with this thought that caught my eye… “Never regret a day in your life.  Good days give you happiness, bad days give you experience, worst days give you lessons, and best days give you memories.”  One of many things that stood out to me is how often we have all of these happening to us throughout a few days or a week. The experiences that each moment can give us and that we can choose to take from it, really is powerful once I took a look at them. I know I need to keep working on myself - getting out of my own way - in order to maximize my improvement on a daily basis.
