A Miracle Frequency - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Fri. 7-18-25 #1616

A wonderfully timed post came across my readings the other morning and it sure did make sense to me today. On my walk with our dog this morning, it was such a nice morning that helped me feel a bit better and able to get around without a lot of pain. The gratitude was flowing and I hope this gets you thinking about it too.  This post was shared by Gordana Biernat (@MyPowertalk) and I love this intro to the post that she shared: “Gratitude is a miracle frequency.”  Her quote that was shared was: “Don’t wait until you lose something before you appreciate it.”  I need to make this a part of my everyday activities or habits. One thing for sure, when that person or thing is gone, it vaults up to the top of our gratitude & appreciation list, but it’s also on the top of our sadness, missing and maybe even our regrets list.
