Aggressive Patience - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Fri. 5-10-24 #1242

I recently got the chance to listen to another fabulous & powerful podcast from Ben Newman - The Burn Podcast.  Click HERE for this episode.  He was sharing some golden coaching lessons where for him was having Ed Mylett asking the hard questions to him and wondering am I doing the right things.  Ben said  “...we are never finished. It’s an “own it” mentality every day!  It’s understanding that your success in life is long obedience in the same direction with aggressive patience.”  The importance of having others help us.  Having coaches & mentors help us through life.  It helps to bring the truth out for all to see and understand - nobody gets through life alone!  I also had a big revelation or reflection this morning reading from “The Traveler’s Gift” by Andy Andrews - my reading from yesterday - the 4th Decision for Success is "I have a decided heart.”  For me, it’s all about helping others & making a difference for others - especially young students & athletes, teachers and coaches.  Others fall into this arena too of course.
