Basketball Season Is Over - Sad, But Fired Up! - Podcast #115

Our season ended not how we wanted, but hey - things like that happen all the time in life. It's all about how we respond to these things. I'm responding by being fired up! I'm excited to have more time again with my family, my podcasting, school, etc. So, of course I was down, but not for long. I have too many great things to do to help others along with so many awesome people to talk to as well. Listening to a great podcast from my good friend - my buddy - Dr. Jeff Lip (please check him out at jefflip.com) and one of his guests mentioned something about getting out of her comfort zone and that it's the unknown part that is scary. For sure, for sure, for sure! She is right on with that statement. So for me, one of the things I need to work on is increasing my positive mental attitude - the way I talk to myself for one. Increasing my self-respect for myself is something that I constantly need to work on. It's true for all of us.
