Found a great reminder from Mind Essentials (@Mind_Essentials)and it’s all centered with an egg as the reminder. It’s wrapped around in this truth - “If an Egg is Broken by outside force, Life ends. If Broken by inside force, Life begins. Great things always begin from inside.”  It’s a good thing to remember that life is an inside - out job. We can control things that we have control of - things that are inside ourselves.
