Discovered another great post shared by Coach AJ Mental Fitness (@coachajkings) where he reminded us about one of the many things that Coach John Wooden taught us all.  John Wooden said, "Champions never complain, they are too busy getting better."  He also reminds us that the only thing complaining changes is your attitude because  when you complain, you focus on the negative rather than looking for the positive and opportunities for growth.
