Control These Four - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Thur. 11-6-25 #1712

I found this from Ball is Psych (@BallisPsych) and it’s a great reminder for all of us in life and I know it’s something I need to keep working on for sure.  “You are in control of your life. There are four things you can control every day of your life: attitude, work ethic, how you treat others and how you treat yourself.” — Pat Summitt.  Coach Summit was right… We do have some things that we can control and for me, it’s something that I need to focus on.  I’m starting to get some ideas for my word of the year for 2026 and it’s going to be connected to Intentional. My attitude needs work on for sure, every single day! My work ethic is something to still improve, even though I’m not “working” every day anymore.
