Dear Younger Me - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Tues. 5-27-25 #1571

WOW.. this one hit me hard… right in the heart.  It came from liminal (@Liminal1988) and it’s a note that is titled “Dear Younger Me.”  It starts out “You didn’t know many things. You didn’t know how life would turn out, or why certain things were happening to you. And that’s ok….” and the last couple of lines “.... You’re still learning, still healing. There’s always something good in you. There was always something special about you. Then, and even now.”  This got me thinking about my younger self and how that part of me (all the parts of my younger self) is still with me. The saying of how our past is our best mentor still rings true. I think it becomes even more valuable and special, when we are able to connect it to the memories, feelings, emotions, etc., of our younger self(s).
