Mind Essentials (@Mind_Essentials)  This first one reminds us that if we don’t sacrifice for our goals and dreams, those goals and dreams may end up being sacrificed for the work we didn’t do. With time going by so fast, it seems to me that I have a lot more work & effort I need to put into making some dreams / goals a reality.  How about you?  On the second plate for today’s self improvement snack was from Psyche Wizard (@PsycheWizard), where this one reminds us to make sure we have discipline on the days we don’t feel good or feel like doing things. That’s when we really need it.  Yep.. comes back to standards over feelings for me on this one.  The old saying is that discipline weighs ounces, regret weighs tons! As I’m getting older, I don’t want to look at regrets.
