Just got into a group with Ben Newman - host of the “The Burn Podcast”, so many powerful episodes for you to check out.  His coaching group that he just started (for free) is something I just connected with too.  Find more info here:  The Mental Toughness Academy.  This group is something that has some inspiring topics for helping me to focus on and to hold myself accountable.
