Coach John Daly - Coach to Expect Success - Podcasts

Duty To Encourage - Motivation Monday Game Plan - #1231

29 Apr 2024

Description

From the book “The Traveler’s Gift” by Andy Andrews - from the 3rd Decision for Success - “I am a person of action”, comes this important reminder about Leadership.  “As a leader, I have the ability to encourage and inspire others to greatness.”  I have some notes written all over this book and the note near this underlined sentence that I wrote is “it’s really a duty to do this. I must also encourage myself.”  Another note that I wrote is that “there is a HUGE need in the world for leaders (focusing in on Character and Serving.)   To me, it’s just a great reminder that since we are leaders for ourselves first, that we need to fit into that it’s a duty to encourage & inspire others including ourselves.  It’s not enough that we have the ability to do these, I think it’s a must for us to do these.  Thanks for listening.  Please take a few moments to subscribe & share this with someone, also leave a 5 Star rating on Apple Podcasts and ITunes or other services where you find this show.  Find me on Facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/coachtoexpectsuccess/   on Twitter / “X”:  @coachtosuccess   and on Instagram at:  @coachjohndaly  - My YouTube Channel is at: Coach John Daly.   Email me at: [email protected]     You can also head on over to https://www.coachtoexpectsuccess.com/ and get in touch with me there on my homepage along with checking out my Top Book list too.  Other things there on my site are being worked on too.  Please let me know that you are reaching out to me from my podcast.
