Feeling Lost - with Dr. Jeff Lip - Podcast #114

What a great topic - feeling lost was a great discussion with Jeff today that came from his blog. We all feel lost in our lives - and sometimes more than others. For me this past week has been a difficult one as we had a lock down at my school due to a bullet being found in our building. My 2 nephews had lock down incidents at their school this past week on two different days and then we had a horrible tragedy at Central Michigan University where a mother and father lost their lives in incident with their son having a gun. This talk came at a perfect time for me. Jeff helps with sharing his own experiences and we discussed so many deep & helpful topics from his blog. This is pure gold that Jeff shares with us today.
