Watching and Listening to some powerful videos in the Mental Toughness Forum (#MTF2025) with Ben Newman (@ContinuedFight) and one of the speakers, Drew Hanlen (@DrewHanlen) who shared these “5 What’s” we need to ask ourselves. This point he shared got me thinking about sharing these with you - "You can't keep doing the same things expecting different results.
