Found an amazing reminder this morning from Inspiration & More (@LifeWithJohn) where he shared a powerful, yet simple reminder for us all about our health.  He shared: “Health does not always come from medicine. Most of the time it comes from peace of mind, peace in the heart, peace of soul. It comes from laughter and love!” I needed this reminder for sure as most days get a little crazy and I need to keep reminding myself that this is one of the things that I need to keep building my life with.
