A very inspirational lesson that I connected with from John O’Leary (@johnoleary.inspires - On Instagram) or his website: https://johnolearyinspires.com/) he shared this post that came from his podcast episode yesterday - find it HERE, where he reminded us: “Today, I invite you to say yes to invitations and interruptions you may not have planned for. Because the real gift we bring for others isn’t our resume, achievements, or awards. The real gift is our presence.”  This got me thinking of so many things about me saying YES to more things that will benefit others along with myself. The other part I focused on with this episode was what John mentioned towards the end of the podcast. It’s also about us saying NO to those things that distract us, that hold us back, our fears, those negative things around us, etc. To me, that is something that I need to do even more.
