I found an interesting post that got me thinking a little bit where Mindful Maven (@mindfulmaven_) showed this image of glass where there was a line in the middle.  Above the line, it said “People who wonder whether the glass is half empty or half full, miss the point.”  On the bottom half of the glass, it says “The glass is refillable.” I’ve always been a self-described “glass half full” kind of guy. What I guess I was missing was the fact that the glass (my glass, my life, me, etc.), was always still there to be refilled. All parts of life are part of this “keep pouring” mentality. The one thing that isn’t - it’s time. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Now, we can do things to help us maximize our time, and help ourselves to make time for the things we want to do in life.
