Learn To Rest - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Mon. 7-7-25 #1606

I just came across one of the simplest, yet strongest reminders for life and it came from Mind Essentials (@Mind_Essentials). This simple thought for all of us is: “When you get tired, learn to rest - not quit!” - Banksy. In today’s busy world with so many things going on, it is really easy to keep pushing ourselves. There are moments for sure where we need to pause, take a deep breath, rest and then keep going. In order to be our best, so we can be our best for others and chasing after our dreams and goals; we do need to take moments of recharging so we can feel like we can keep going. I found this message to be really comforting.
