I have realized … again… that I need these positive & powerful reminders every single stinking day!!  They are little nudges in the right direction that I need to choose to make a part of my everyday input.  Ben Newman (@ContinuedFight), check out Ben’s website HERE.  He posted this into our group (The Mental Toughness Academy) where he reminded us saying… “Why not YOU? Why not NOW? Why not YOU? Why not NOW? LOCK IN 🔒 Every. Damn. Day. INTENTIONAL FOCUS 🎯 Don't allow YOUR feelings to dictate how YOU show up.  #STANDARDoverFEELINGS”  Now, this is one of many things that I will be CHOOSING to take in today to help me have a better day.  I need to stack these days + add a little action behind these ideas and inspirations… so that I can have better tomorrows. Too often I let my feelings dictate my day.  I know they are part of my day - every single day, since I’m human - but I need to be still accomplishing things, even when I don’t “feel like” doing something.
