Here is another one that I found with the theme of always trying to get better.  From Kevin DeShazo (@KevinDeShazo) “A stressed mind leads to inconsistent actions. A calm mind leads to consistent actions. Win the mental battle. Make your mindset your advantage.”  The mental battle of life is something that I am at least more aware of now that I’ve been connected to more information about its importance and how so many people don’t pay attention to that importance. It’s something we all can improve at since it’s our own individual mind that we are talking about. One of the big problems is that we are so busy trying to deal with a stressed and cluttered mind that we don’t connect to things like this.
