One Day At A Time - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Wed. 7-30-25 #1627

While at the gym yesterday, lifting “little weights”, I found myself listening to Ben Newman’s podcast, listen to it HERE. I found myself having to record this thought in my notes to share on a podcast. Simply stated: “Be the best you can be, one day at a time!” In the little moments we have every day, we can look to win them a bit more than normal. Following through on a promise we make to ourselves or someone else. Replace a bad habit with a good one. Pile up little victories, small wins… nobody else has to know about them. That way, we can accumulate more wins each and every day at being our best!!
