Found a powerful connection to a podcast from Ben Newman.  His podcast called “The Burn” had a guest Mathiew Wilson and they shared some so many amazing lessons that we all can learn from.  This is a must listen to - find it HERE.  It gets me thinking of the things I can do (and need to do) every single day! It’s a reminder that the only one we are competing against, is the person we were yesterday.
