Sharing some thoughts about having coffee today with a long ago student of mine, and the inspiration I came away with from our talks. I also connected with our talk and a post from Kevin DeShazo ( @kevindeshazo ) and his thoughts he shared - “Attitude is a decision.  Effort is a decision. Own the way you show up.”  This reminds me in a very eye-opening way, that I need to step up and “own” what I do in life along with the things I want to do, need to do and get to do!
