Coach John Daly - Coach to Expect Success - Podcasts

Sharpen Your Chainsaw - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Fri. 10-18-24 #1381

18 Oct 2024

Description

Every time I read a passage from the book “Areté” written by Brian Johnson, I find some tremendous value from each lesson.  This one is something that I wanted to make sure I shared with you.  It’s titled “Saws vs. Chainsaws - It all always starts with energy.”  He’s referring back to Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits” masterful book and it’s lesson #7, Sharpen the Saw! It’s about always looking to get better, to keep improving.  He shares some powerful connections with some easy to understand connections.  It’s really focusing on our energy that we bring to our everyday living.  Go out and get this book… It's full of masterpieces. Big shoutout to Sean Casey - "The Mayor's Office Podcast" for sharing his love of this book so that I could also connect to it.   Thanks for listening.  Please take a few moments to subscribe & share this with someone, also leave a 5 Star rating on Apple Podcasts and ITunes or other services where you find this show.  Find me on Facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/coachtoexpectsuccess/   on Twitter / “X”:  @coachtosuccess   and on Instagram at:  @coachjohndaly  - My YouTube Channel is at: Coach John Daly.   Email me at: [email protected]     You can also head on over to https://www.coachtoexpectsuccess.com/ and get in touch with me there on my homepage along with checking out my Top Book list too.  Other things there on my site are being worked on too.  Please let me know that you are reaching out to me from my podcast.
