I found a deep connection to this post from Gratitude HQ (@gratefuledu64) “Let’s be #grateful despite ‘bumps in the road’!”  It’s all about remembering to “count your blessings without denying your problems.” Having gratitude is something I try to have a bit of every single day. I’ve noticed many times when problems, worries, anxiety, etc.,  come up (and they always do throughout life), I tend to focus on those a bit longer & forget about the gratitude part. If I can blend the two and I know that one will at times be bigger than the other, but they play an important part with each other. Having gratitude helps me to at least keep moving forward with the problems I face - but it helps me to ask for help, find solutions, think about past issues that I got through, etc. The key is that I don’t get bogged down and stop living my best life, getting all worked up about the problem I'm dealing with.
