I heard a report from Brad Galli (@bradgalli) who is the sports director at our ABC affiliate here in Detroit (@WXYZDetroit) and he did an interview with the Detroit Lions head coach, Dan Campbell and this answer that Coach Campbell shared with Brad - was amazing. It’s so amazing that I wanted to share the audio with you to help you see how maybe a gritty football coach can help all of us with things going on in our lives.  Focusing on the moment a bit more and tying it into our passions and those people that we love and that we can help, that’s a recipe for some good things to happen.
