We All Have Them - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Tue. 10-15-24 #1378

Saw this powerful reminder about how bad days don’t last and since we all have them at one time or another, I thought it would be a good reminder for all of us.  I know I’ve been focusing on when they do sneak up on me, for me to not hang out with them for very long. I’ve been working hard on my reaction to “not great moments” and hopefully having them not last too long, but also learning from them.  Another lesson connected to having more gratitude came from a recent wedding that my wife, daughter and I got to attend.  Amazing lessons of life at this special event.  It was a very emotional time for me and this lesson that I got from (@Lovandfear) really was a great connecting piece to what life is all about!  Let me just tell you that Love wins!!
