Meg Busse is a program designer, facilitator and currently the COO at The Roddenberry Foundation, where supports activists and entrepreneurs on their missions to bring original solutions to some of the world’s most pressing issues. She also wrote the book on how to get a non-profit job as a first time job seeker while working as a director at Idealist.org.  Meg and I talk about the importance of creating spaces for connection and care and how to think about reciprocity in relationships.
