About Noreen Roche: Noreen is a leading sports dietitian who has worked across a number of elite and non-elite sports. Currently working with Kilkenny GAA and Camogie, she has prepared their Hurling and Camogie teams for 22 All Ireland Hurling Finals, victorious in 13! She is a past member of the Anti Doping Committee of Sport Ireland. She regularly presents on all topics relating to sports nutrition and is passionate about education in this area, particularly interested in sports in females and young age groups. With 3 children playing many sports she has experienced first-hand the challenges of keeping them fuelled! About Brendan Cullinane: Brendan completed his Masters in Dietetics in Glasgow Caledonian University in August 2015 and following on from this he undertook the International Olympic Council (IOC) Diploma in Sports Nutrition which he has recently completed. He has worked in a variety of areas across many disciplines over the last six years, as a community dietitian, a Sports Dietitian and a personal trainer in Scotland, Australia and Ireland. Over this period Brendan has worked with a variety of athletes as a sports dietitian specialising with elite athletes in a number of disciplines, including rugby, athletics, combat sports, crossfit and football to mention a few. He currently works as Hospital Key Account Manager with Nutricia and since moving home to Waterford and settling on our family farm with his wife and daughter Brendan has become a part time farmer, with a small suckler herd and too many pets to count.
