And he seems to be doubling down on - about everything." No one can REMIND you of the obviousness of an answer more efficiently yet without any sense of condescension or correction than Joe Biden. No one. Now - do it every day. ALSO: This is a good moment to review the scholarly study of the 14th Amendment that really touched all this off. It was co-authored by the former clerk to Chief Justice John Roberts, and a conservative constitutional law professor so revered that his resume is 35 pages long.
