The Cover 3 crew discusses what’s ahead with college athlete endorsements. On July 1, nearly a dozen states will enact legislation allowing college athletes to profit off their name, image and likeness without jeopardizing their eligibility and the NCAA is set to approve temporary rules to provide that same opportunity to everyone across the country.
