Jason and Carmen are off to mainland China and South Korea for a few weeks and they discuss what changes Carmen has seen among all her trips. The trio also look at what the Fed rate hikes and cuts have done to the investment real estate market, as it has created an interesting scenarios for buyers that could be very helpful.
