Jason Hartman starts today's show talking with economist Thomas about the phenomenon going on in New York right now of people voting with their feet. The two tackle a video that suggests that the state could end up losing two congressional seats, which would be a big deal. They examine why it's happening and what it means to the real estate market there. Then Jason talks with Nobu Su, chairman of the shipping company Today Makes Tomorrow and author of The Gold Man From the East. Back in the 2008 financial crisis, Nobu's company was a $5 million victim of Western bankers. Nobu is now fighting back, suing the institutions that took his money and trying to tell his story so others don't suffer the same fate.
