How to deal with difficult clients, with Dr Mark Goulston

And in this interview, I love how Dr. Mark Goulston weaves some practical tips and examples of how to manage difficult people into his engaging stories. If you're old enough to remember the OJ Simpson case, like I am, he also shares how he was subpoenaed to appear at the trial, and how he handled the moment the lawyer tried to bully him.
