Welcome back to Creepcast. Today we are reading a story called, I work at a summer camp called Camp Oakwood.
Something weird is going on.
Which is coincidentally the thing you told me about how you discovered yourself in the seventh grade, was it? Sixth grade? So this is, I'm sure, a very personal story for you.
It's a nice personal story for me from my nice summer camp experiences. Can you give us a bit of a background on our author who's named Langster underscore Gangster?
Yes, so Langster Gangster is the author of this story. This story came recommended by a couple people, I believe, in our comments. And on r slash nosleep, the first part of the story has 2.5 thousand upvotes. So it looks like it was certainly adored by a lot of people. Funny enough, in comparison to that, our author doesn't seem to write a ton of stories, at least according to his subreddit.
He doesn't have any posts linking off to... a website or different places that he's writing, as opposed to a lot of authors we're familiar with. Instead, there is, it looks like four or five stories across no sleep in our slash, uh, night tells and scary stories. Uh, there's a few other shorter ones mixed in, but he's only done a few large projects.
Uh, and then he has three entries on our slash two sentence horror stories. You have got to, you have got to read them. We have got to read those. I know I have to read them. But other than that, it doesn't seem like there's a ton of posts. And all of those were from five years ago or further. And every single other post in the last five years is about football.
It's all about, it's all about the new Orleans saints and the Pelicans. He posts about basketball sub, but he is just like, he was like, yeah, this is lame. I'm done with the whole ride. But what's the other one he goes to as well. It's very important. Oh, it's a channel call. So it's a subreddit called our slash urinating tree. Oh, I'm talking about the other one. Oh, oh yeah. Okay.
So he also posts a lot in our slash the masked singer. Yeah. And it's just, just talking. It's so weird. Cause you can, it's like, Oh, let me find out more about this guy's writing. And you can see everything they've ever commented on just laid out at once.
