Susie is the group managing director of Sterling Infrastructure, and Sterling is a leading provider of asset management services to the transport infrastructure sector.  Susie and her husband purchased the company when it only had six employees and started officially running the company in 2010. Since then they've managed to grow the company to over 250 people and take it Australia wide.In this episode she shares her journey, how she got into the industry and some of the challenges that they had to overcome along the way.
