Hello everybody, and welcome back to the crushing it in construction podcast. In this weeks episode, I'm talking to Kari Armitage. Kari is the managing director of Quarry Mining. Based out of New South Wales. Kari has a very interesting story. She started off in civil engineering as a cadet, working for a civil engineering consulting firm. She then was asked by her father to come back and help run the family business. And I think she has some really unique insight into some of the challenges that taking over a family business presents.
