Chad Decker, President of CED Investments

Piper talks with Chad Decker, President of CED Investments and former CEO & Co-Founder of Blockchain Training Alliance. Chad is an energetic and enthusiastic commercial and residential Real Estate Investor, Licensed Broker, and Licensed General Contractor specializing in real estate investments, property acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and disposition. Since 2008, Chad has been involved in over 1,500 real estate transactions. In the past 5 years, Chad developed various custom projects from the ground up. While building those projects, I also acquired and then leased or disposed of another $100 million in real estate, with an annualized return exceeding 35%.  Chad also co-founded Blockchain Training Alliance 2017 after realizing there was a global lack of formal blockchain education. Initially offering private team training to enterprises, like Microsoft, Cisco and Disney, but soon after began developing online courses and bootcamps for individuals. As if that wasn't enough, Chad also played in the San Diego Padres organization as a left-handed pitcher from 2005 - 2008.
