The abuse took place between the ages of four to 13 years old before the girls finally told their parents. Grajales faced multiple counts of abuse-related charges, but the case against him could not be proven because of no evidence or witnesses. Grajales was placed on probation for 10 years with permanent registration as a sexual predator after accepting a plea deal on seven charges.
