Shahrez Syed spoke at our very first Dastaangoi on July 26th sharing with us his beautiful recollection of Punjab and the musical scoring he created around the essence of it which he went on to perform on his sitar. A student of music and biology, using them to connect to his roots in the depths of Punjab. Shahrez taps into Pakistan’s natural vibration. We all need to learn from his experiences and technique.
