The company has raised $120 million from Andreessen Horowitz, Google Ventures, Felicis Ventures, SoftBank, and Iconiq Capital. Previously he led Dialpad Communications Inc., (acquired by Yahoo! for $50 million), a provider of VOIP services, and cofounded GrandCentral (acquired by Google for $100 million), communications services.
